We understand that things come up! To respect our stylists' time, we ask for at least 4 days notice for any changes.
Cancellations or rescheduling within 3 days (72 hours) of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be charged a fee or require a deposit for future bookings.
If you are running late, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate you, but may need to shorten or reschedule your service.
